These extensions have seamless integration with other Oracle modules like Oracle Projects, EAM, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. Since these extensions have been developed with an open source code and are in sync with standard Oracle application modules, neither Oracle support nor further upgrades from Oracle are compromised in any way.

    Oracle Property Manager takes care of the complete Lease Management activities during the entire tenure of the lease. But the activities that happen before the lease contract is signed, are more than often left untracked. GTS Pre Lease has been developed to help the user go through all these business processes prior to signing the lease contract. The user can prepare an Offer/MOU, get it approved internally before printing and sending to the customer and create an Agreement to Lease and then finally, the Lease Agreement.
